Amenities and Special Projects Assistant

Monday - Friday 1st shift, flexible schedule, no weekends no holidays

Part-time to start, may lead to Full-time
 

The Amenities and Special Projects Assistant will assist clients in their own homes.  This role is to provide excellent customer service with projects and daily activities they request assistance with, being mindful of client preferences, and respecting client independence and freedom of choice at all times. 
 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

·         Must be able to lift/push over 50 pounds, up to 100lbs. 

·         Must be able to stand and walk for several hours at a time. 

·         Must be able to lift, carry, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time. 

·         Must possess sight/hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. 

·         Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with the physical, mental, and emotional stress of the position. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·         Deliver mail and packages to resident front doors* 

·         Put out resident garbage cans at designated locations for pick up* 

·         Sort and place resident recycling in designated area for pick up* 

·         Seasonal decorating in and out of resident homes as requested* 

·         Hanging seasonal lighting as requested* 

·         Cleaning Klubhaus as assigned* 

·         Cleaning new construction homes so they are ready for move in at closing of sale* 

·         Assist B@H housekeepers with deep clean projects as assigned* 

·         Assist EV staff with resident requests as assigned* 

·         Occasionally may assist on the main campus with housekeeping or maintenance projects as assigned*
